Master/slave nest thermostat

I believe I have a master/slave thermostat set up. There are two zones on one HVAC unit. The master has red, white, yellow, blue, brown and green wires.   The slave has red, white and yellow wires.   Can I use nest thermostats with this set up?  Thanks.

Look around the furnace/air handler and see if there is a zone controller installed.

If there is one, post a picture of it and one of how it's wired.
