Home/Away Assist is designed to efficiently control your thermostat based on your presence or absence. To help me understand the situation better, please let me know:
- Did anyone with full access to your thermostat come to the house while you were away? If so, the thermostat may have switched to "Home" mode, as it detects someone is present.
- Are any devices that are typically logged in to your home's Wi-Fi network still present in the house? Even if no one is physically present, the presence of these devices can prevent the thermostat from switching to "Away" mode.
