Thermostat is stuck in the cold mode

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? The following article might be helpful: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
  • Did this issue start happening immediately after installation, or was it working correctly before?
  • Could you please share a photo of the wires connected to your Nest Thermostat base?
  • Do you see an error message on your thermostat or the app?
  • Could you please list the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
