I have this issue as well, the thermostats are not syncing with the app it would appear

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the Nest app or the Google Home app and signing in again with the same email account used for your thermostats. Also, restarting your thermostats might help; please let us know if it helps or if the issue still persists.
