Ordering a 4th Gen Nest Thermostat

As of October 25th, support and connectivity to my Nest thermostat ended.  How do I order a new thermostat at the discounted price?  I am in Ontario, Canada

• Are you using a Google account or a Legacy Nest account to manage your devices?
• How many home structures are listed in your Nest app?
• How many Nest Thermostats do you have per home structure?
• Have your thermostats been active (i.e., connected and reporting) since?
