Original Nest thermostat shows as incompatible with my single stage H/C system

I've got a single stage heating (natural gas) and cooling(electricity) system.

The Google Home install wizard says incompatible.

I've got C/G/Y/W/RH/RC wires connected on my old thermostat.

I think it's a relatively common system.

Help?

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

With the wiring configuration given, you might have a dual-fuel system that requires separate power wires to both the Rc and Rh wires. With this, it will only be compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat. But if there are jumper wires connected, it can be compatible with all Nest Thermostat versions. You can share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring so we can better determine.
