Hello folks,
Thanks @David_K.
@rickpea, thanks for posting back and for sharing the photo of your system's control panel. A few questions: could you please tell us the make and model of your equipment? Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried after the C-wire is installed?
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark

Case 2-6103000034135. Hi Mark. I tried to respond to your email but # does not work. What email can I use? Yes, I would like your assistance. I got one email from a man or woman named RJ asking when they could contact me. I have sent numerous emails and received no response. Can you call me to help resolve this? If so, please call me at 415-730-5649 or provide other options. Really appreciate your follow up, Ed

Hi Mark. I gave up on RJ after reaching out and offering numerous times to be available to receive his call. I ended up chatting with support and they are sending me a replacement face for the thermostat. You have been very helpful but I got little or no response from RJ. Thanks again for your help and I will let you know directly if I need more assistance once I receive the part. Ed.

Hey Mark, Thanks for staying in touch. I 'm at a loss of what to do. I'm starting to think it may be the boiler. As previously mentioned the c wire has been installed and grounded. Still , the t stat engages for a few seconds , cuts out over and over. Any thing else to try?

Hi there,
Oh no! I'm sorry for the experience, @sflevine. We hope we can have a better time to make things right, but I appreciate you trying to contact us again and having your Nest Thermostat replaced. If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to create a new thread.
@rickpea, gotcha! Let's give these steps a whirl?
Note: Turn off the power from your HVAC system at the breaker box before touching the wires.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Mark

All good! Done and thanks again.

It is a Buderus Lugano g124. Just the regular installation basics. As mentioned all 4 different model t stats (nest) did exactly the same thing, start, cutout, start, cutout etc. battery readings on the 1st 3 was low approx 3.1 volts. The learning t stat was 3.9
Really appreciate your work with this
