Phone App Issue

The Home App works fine on my phone. However, on my wife's phone all the NEST info shows up to include the schedules, yet her phone shows NEST as offline.  What gives.

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand that the Google Home app is working fine on your phone but is showing all your Nest devices and schedules as offline on your wife's phone. I appreciate the information you’ve shared so far, and I’d be glad to assist you in getting this resolved. To help with that, I have a few questions for you: 

  • What type of Nest device do you have?
  • Is your wife running the latest version of the Google Home app on her phone?
  • Is your Nest device still connected to your Wi-Fi network?
  • Has your wife been added as a Home Member in the Google Home app?
Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
