Hoping someone can help...
We've had a 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat for 6 months. All of a sudden I was no longer able to connect to the network... all troubleshooting complete and Google tells me they'll send a replacement after being on with support several times and multiple agents.
Replacement received but DHL require a Contact Name (not department), phone number, email address. I have the return label but to complete Collection I need all of the above including City/Town.
What I do know is that it's going to Google Retuns in Poland.
I'd be grateful for any assistance.

I had the same issue after 2 months in. Apparently it's a bad wifi chip. I received a replacement after up fronting a new nest learning thermostat. Took a week to arrive, received my payment back in the end. Less nice was a big scratch on the display. No more Google hardware for me I guess. Also my brand new Pixel 7 Pro developed an overheating problems after having it for 3 months, got a refurbished replacement after a while :{
