Poor support service

I raised an issue here - https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Thermostats/Home-Away-not-working/m-p/157886#M32578 over 3 weeks ago, which was closed by @DragosC with an expectation that it would be resolved by raising an issue - 9-6091000032547 & 8-9830000032310

However despite me completing lengthy templates and describing the issue in full, I have not received any useful help whatsoever, and checking this morning, I see that google has now closed the issue.

Why is that? I still have the problem, and google support has done nothing to help.

I'd like to remind you that this is a new thermostat purchased directly from Google.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the confusion. I was letting you know that I'm closing the thread to move the conversation on the email. As I've said, your case is still under investigation with our engineering team. They're aware of the situation and working on a resolution. They didn't give us any timeframe on when this will be sorted. Once we got word from them, we'll let you know.
