Power connector not working

Just installed a new Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. Had low Vin when cooling, and Google support said I needed a power connector since I didn’t have a C wire. After installing the power connector, I have low Vin and low Voc. Can someone help?!

Could you please share with us a photo of your Nest Thermostat's wiring setup? If possible, a clear picture of how you installed the Nest Power Connector would be helpful. You might have seen a wiring report on your thermostat. Check its settings and let us know the message code. Lastly, gather the power readings.
