Power error message

The thermostat was working fine until I got a message for migration to google home app. I have completed the migration process but the thermostat still has no power

Yikes! Sorry to hear about it. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Could you let us know more about the power error that appears on your Nest Thermostat? What are the steps that you have taken so far in resolving this matter?
