Primary heat stuck on electric

What’s happening is my primary heat is set to electric problem is where the setting for to change it to gas is disabled I tried factory resetting and everything.

It’s the Heat fuel source it’s just disabled here is a picture.image.jpg

I have the same problem...

Nevermind, got it figured out. Turned out to be a problem with the setup. I have an AC unit + gas heater and had been setting it up the heat as single fuel system, but that made the heat only work on emergency. I reset it and set it up as a dual fuel and that allowed me to choose alternate heat as a the primary source so now it ignites the burner for normal heat. Thanks!
