The nest has lost connection to the heat link thermostat control. The heat link is showing no lights so when following the instructions I can’t reset and restart the heatlink to reconnect it. How do I restart the heat link to have power? Thanks

I have the same issue. Heat link has given up. 3rd gen Stat working fine. Heat link has no lights, won’t manually switch on, has 230v supply in and 230 in from the boiler switch wire but no operation. 2years old. Can I buy a replacement?

Hi JWard and GraemeT.
If you have not already make sure to check all the breakers and switches at the location just to confirm everything is ok. If it all looks good try and turn off the power to the Heat Link for a few minutes, if you are comfortable in doing so, and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it. Let me know what the result was after.

I have the same problem, my gen 3 heat link was working fine but now no lights and no way to reset. The service team walked me through some possible issues, and in the end replaced my unit under warranty, great service and I’m really impressed with there response and attitude of the service team.

Hi NinoMistry.
You can get in touch with our support over different channels, including here.
Should you wish to get in touch with our live support channels you can do so by using this link: https://bit.ly/36BagI3
You will see a contact us option at the bottom, just make sure the correct region is selected for you.
If you have not already try as I mentioned above, to power cycle the Heat Link and see what the result is.
