W5 wifi error

My nest thermostat is not detecting any wifi networks. I have restarted and reset already

I have the same issue, w5 error on 2ng gen learning thermostat . The second thermostat in the house connects fine, so it’s not the wifi network. Have tried all the resetting steps. Appreciate some help.
