After submitting required documentation for installation reimbursement (faulty Heatlink), I missed a call from Romania connected to this (the voicemail and the subsequent email asked how and when they could contact.) I have now sent four emails in response, but still no reimbursement??

This is something you need to contact Google Support to resolve.

My case 1-############1772 has not been resolved. I’d love to have a simple email exchange with Google to work this through. Can someone please respond.
