I had to return my Nest thermostat and was issued an RMA. Sent display and base back. On the return shipment, I only received the display but not the base. Any help appreciated.

You will need to contact the support team, this is a user forum so nobody here will be able to help you. Just as you did when you initially got your RMA, contact support, explain what happened to them , with your ticket number, and they will investigate.
