I've purchased a nest 3rd gen thermostat directly from Google store. After 16 days with un opened package I want to return this thermostat and upgrade for the newest 4th Gen. But google support refuse to process the return with no reason given. When their return policy clearly states that customers have 30 days return period to return the thermostat they purchase from Google.
In another word Google does not honor its return policy & does not give a reason why. I feel like I'm dealing business with some gangsters. No rules followed. No explanation given.
