Hello
i recently changed broadband provider and when reconnecting Nest Thermostat, it created a second login for me… not family or friends. See screenshot. Please can someone explain how I remove this second account?
Note, I want to keep’Moody’ and remove’xxxx Lane’
oh. I can’t share the screenshot! So firstly, how do I add a screenshot to my question here please?

If you are logged into this forum (by clicking on the blue profile in the upper right corner), you will then see a camera icon at the top of the Reply window.
However, it seems that using that feature has been broken the last 2 days. I've tried uploading a screen shot of how it is supposed to work, and the upload fails repeatedly.

For your concern about the second account created, please answer the following questions:
Are you using the Nest app or Google Home app?
Are you able to sign in using your original account?
