Replace White Rogers 1F80-361 with Nest

I ran the compatibility checker and was told Nest is not compatible. Is there a way around it? Has anyone successfully replaced it with Nest? Picture of the current thermostat wiring attached. Thanks!

Your system is compatible.

Yellow - W to Y1 or Y - jumper to Y not needed

Red - Rc to Rc or R - Jumper to Rh not needed

Tan - C to C

Green - G to G

White - O to O/B or */OB

Tan - Y to W - not needed

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermpstat
