Replace my Nest Thermostat

My nest is broken it won’t stay on the wall the thermostat wiggles & all of a sudden it saying no WI-FI connection. Not sure if it needs batteries or not.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? What messages or codes have you received? Please take a photo of the edges of your thermostat and share it with us. Ensure that the wires aren't the phone pushing away your thermostat's display. Also, provide your thermostat's power readout.

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

1. Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
2. Select the Device Information.
3. Choose Technical Information.
