Replacing Honeywell CM737 2-wire thermostat with Nest Learning Thermostat

Below is a picture of the wired thermostat for the heating system.

Can I replace the Honeywell CM737 thermostat directly with the Nest Learning Thermostat without installing the Heat Link?

Thanks for reaching out to us here @stex03 . I would be happy to assist. 

If you have the EU/UK version of the thermostat, the one with a Heat Link, it's not possible to install the thermostat without a Heat Link. The display communicates the commands to the Heat Link and the Heat Link sends them to the system, the display can't do this on its own in case of the EU model.
