My HVAC unit has Natural Gas and a Heat Pump. The existing thermostat appears to be incorrectly installed because I do not have a setting that allows the heat pump to run: both "Emergency Heat" and "Heat" burn natural gas. I have the existing wires:
C, O, E (with jumper to W2), R, G, Y

If I tell the Nest system that I have
C, O, E, R, G, Y
It tells me to connect the following wires but I am not sure how I will get natural gas heat with this:

Thanks in advance for your input!

Your current system doesn't have a separate emergency heat function, and they are connecting the emergency heat switch to the Aux heat, which allows you to turn only the Aux heat on manually.
You can use any Nest thermostat.
Try this wiring
Blue - C to C
Orange - O to OB or */OB
White - W2 to W2 or W (set as Aux heat)(Jumper to E not needed)
Red - R to Rc or R
Green - G to G
Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y
The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring
