Request for Nest GEN4 Feature APP Enhance/Updates!

Hello,

I just purchased a GEN4 Nest Thermostat, coming from the Gen2.  There are some improvements that really need to be made IMO, if you're going to charge that amount of money for a thermostat.

1. First and foremost, an "Always On" FAN feature should be made available.  The fact that this isn't available on the Google Home App puzzles me?

2. In regards to the "Always On" FAN, in the GEN2 the FAN would NOT go on if the Heat/Cool was off...  We should have the option to allow the FAN to run even though the Heating and Cooling are off.  A simple $30 Thermostat has this option...

3. Manual Scheduling of setpoints should be just that "manual".  My cooling setpoints should NOT affect or touch my heating setpoints and vice versa!  Or at least have different Cooling and Heating schedules like we had in the Nest App (which IMO is/was far superior to the Google Home App).  For reference or context of what I'm talking about, please refer to this much discussed annoyance in the following link;

4. Pro NEST Setup should be available to ALL with caveats...  I'm not sure if this is some way to make additional money for someone, but this is ridiculous! We should be able to use the FULL function of this Thermostat (as advertised)!  We are not Children, and while some Adults need hand holding, this feature should be made to all with a disclaimer that you have the potential of breaking your furnace or something to that regard.

Those are my requests/complaints, and I hope for a favorable reply, with some action items or dates of when we can expect these enhancements.
