How to put nest thermostat icon back to homescreen

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. 

I want to better understand what you need help with. Are you trying to add a shortcut of the Nest app on the homes screen of your mobile device or do you want to be able to see your Nest thermostat as soon as you open your Nest app?
