I am ready to ship the old smart nest thermostat and have already installed the new one. I have checked my emails spam and have not received the return shipping label needed to send back. 4-1676000036411

I, too, am trying to get a return shipping label to send back my defective thermostat but haven't gotten a return shipping label. The customer support sent me to a site where you could print a label, but it was for returns that were purchased through the store. I just want to make sure it gets to the right place for defective items! Case number 9-3583000036088.

Thanks for hanging in there, I appreciate your understanding.
Our team has resent the labels to the email address you used to contact us. At the bottom of the email, you'll find a PDF you can print for your thermostat return. If you receive a QR code instead, bring it to your preferred carrier for scanning and device return.
