Hello,
Back in July I purchased 3 Nest thermostats thru Amazon. We finally had a electrician show up today, but he informed us we do not have the correct wiring for the Nest and we should stick with what we have.
Because it has been so long, Amazon will not take them back. They are all still in their original boxes with the clear plastic wrap on them.
Amazon said Google would be able to handle the return, but the phone number they gave me to does not work. I tried to resolve thru this website and I tried to call a phone number provided on this site but that went to nowhere.
Are there any suggestions on how I can return these 3 units? I hat the thought of $270 going down the drain.
