Rubbish Nest app

This is terrible app. Readjusted the schedule to start heating earlier(now) but doesn't reflect, still just follows older setting or just ignores. Has a god **bleep** mind of its own. Triggers the boiler when it wants, doesn't when I have set it. The app is so rubbish, just manually setting from Away to Home, takes a long time, just keeps spinning. It's such a sh1t app. Waste of money. I absolutely hate it.

Every fking time I use it, I hate it even more. Teeth grinding hate.

All the bloody reviewers on review websites rating Nest as top have been bribed a-holes.

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It’s never our intention to cause frustration or disappointment. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? 
 

Let's sort this out. Were you able to try reinstalling the Nest app? If so, try removing your thermostat from the app then perform an Account Connection reset to it, and add it back to the app. 

Monitor if the issue persists.
