I never signed up for Rush Hour Rewards ,  but it's been hijacking my thermostats for 2 days now.

I need it to stop,  I want to un-enroll in the program even though I never enrolled in it.

You could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

My solution....Factory reset your device, do not connect to Wi-Fi. Problem solved!

Googles solution.....+1 313-483-9127 is the phone number for support. Then they will give you the run around on hold and tell you they are not qualified to help you and end the call.
