Rush Hour unenroll

I saw Markjosephp close and "move" a thread, but he failed horribly like he needs a learning moment.  Did anybody have any luck with the Communist **bleep**e-heads at Google or SDGE to get their thermostat unenrolled?  That other puke of a chick was just as automated "I contacted our team... you should hear something shortly... did you hear anything?"  and then same auto-generated rubbish all over again.  Kitchen sink, go chain yourself to it.
