Rush hour adjustment not working properly

My Nests set themselves to Rush Hour, but it changed one room to a colder temp, wasting energy. The other room moved up properly. How do I fix?

Hi Barryaz1,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app?

Please check your thermostat schedules.

You can follow these guides:

Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E:

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Turn the ring and highlight the Calendar icon.
  3. Look for any plotted schedules.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

  1. Open the Google Home app  .
  2. Select your thermostat.
  3. Tap Schedules.

Also, checking your Nest Thermostat Energy History might help you see what your thermostat was doing previously. You can visit this support article on how to check Energy History in the thermostat or in the Nest app.

Best,

Jenelyn
