Rush hour rewards

I can not believe how many people are complaining about this same issue. I have tried numerous ways to contact Google by phone and the so called "help center". I just want to unenroll from this program. It has messed up my AC had to replace a capacitor because of the constant adjustment of the thermostat. Ridiculous! I really want this issue resolved!!! Now!!!

You're right; Google Nest makes it challenging to unenroll in Rush Hour.

You could try contacting Support using the link and instructions in this post:

It seems to depend on whether you get a knowledgeable customer support rep on the phone.

Hey thank you. I finally got a hold of someone. Got transferred on hold now to speak with the department that handles the unemployment of the program, hopefully this works. Thank you very much.
