Unenrolling from NEST RUSH HOUR Rewards is RIDICULOUSLY HARD!

On hold for 1 hour to unenroll from this bull**bleep** "Rush Hour Program" 

 

this is UTTER BS! why the first custeomer service guy is unable to un enroll?? he had to put me on hold for an hour and "ELEVATE" my case for someone to  "CHECK THE UN ENROLLMENT PROCESS"

 

Bunch of BS!

It must depend on which customer service rep happens to take the call. On the post below, the customer was able to unenroll in about 20 minutes. There are numerous posts in this forum about the challenges of unenrolling from Rush Hour.
