Google Nest Thermostat

My 2nd floor Thermostat will not turn on. I have tried to charge it and it works for a few hours then cut back off. Now it won't charge at all. I have only had the product for 1 yr. What could be causing this issue?

Horrible update!!! Give us the Fan Back!

What the hell did you guys do?!!!Why can't I turn on the fan?!It's 80's in my apartment. 106 outside and I can't even circulate air. The AC won't even trip on. Fix this horrible update NOW!!!!
