Google you forced me to migrate.  Now  my nest app won’t work. I just have a dumb thermostat. You suck!

Sorry to hear about your experience and I understand how you feel. I want to dig into this further. 

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Are you unable to see it on your Nest app or is it there but you can't change the settings through the app? If it's the later, are you getting specific messages or codes when trying to control your thermostat through your app?
