Schedule not working

We’ve set a schedule for both our thermostats to come on a couple of times a day (morning and evening) however the heating does not turn off at the desired times? We have turned off the home/away assist and learning feature but it is still not working to our schedule? What are we doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out and we're for the delay.

 

A couple of things we could check for us to further isolate the issue. Which Google Nest thermostat are you using? How long was the delay for your thermostat to activate the heating? Did you try to reset the schedule and then make a set point again after turning off the Home/Away assist?
