Scheduling a change in mode and temp on Nest Therm

What I want to schedule is a change from cooling at 74 degrees to, at 6:30 AM change to heat at 76 degrees.  It seems that scheduling will allow me to change the temp in the given mode, but will not allow me to change the mode and the temp via  scheduling...is that correct?

You need to set your system mode to Heat and Cool and in order set both heat and cool in a single schedule.

U appreciate your response but it didn't work:  we use google assistant to set the Next Thermostat to cooling at 11 PM.  I used Google home to do the following:  new event-Monday, 6:30; custom; heat and cool; heat to 76 degrees; cool to 80 degrees.  Heat did not go on at 6:30 am and thermostat showed setting was for cooling at 80 degrees.  In other words, it seems that the scheduling function will change the temp setting but not the mode from cooling to heat.
