I've received an email saying 'On 25 October 2025, Google will no longer provide support for the Nest Learning Thermostat (2nd gen, Europe version) launched in 2014'. Had anyone else received a similar email? It seems to suggest i will no longer be able to adjust my Nest via the app but can only do it locally at the thermostat.

AS of Oct 25th, the 1st and 2nd Gen Learning thermostats will no longer be supported by the Nest app or the Google Home app.  The email should have included a link or coupon for a discount on the new 4th Gen Learning thermostat.

@Patrick_Caezza Thanks for the feedback. So will the App on my phone stop working after 25th Oct and I won't be able to control my Nest Tthermostat remotely or will the App still work.but won't be updated? Thanks.  James
