Locked out of thermostat

We had an internet issue and the thermostat went offline. When we tried to enter our pin it wouldn’t take it once back on the network. At some point in trying to fix the issue the thermostat was deleted off the nest app. So as of now we aren’t able to add the thermostat to google home or nest app because we don’t have a working pin. We can’t go the forgot pin route because it isn’t showing up in google home or nest app. Please help.
