Set an average temperature across rooms like bedrooms?

I can't seem to find any direction on how to set an average temperature across specific Nest Temperature Sensors, as advertised below. Can and point me in the right direction?

I had an Ecobee in my last house and it was easier to setup and schedule specific sensors at specific times.

Thanks for reaching out about how to set an average temperature on your Nest Temperature Sensors, I’ll be more than happy to provide you with that information.

Below you will find the steps that you have to follow to manage your temperature sensors: 

• Open the Nest app.
• Tap Settings Nest settings icon on the home screen.
• Tap your thermostat.
• Select Manage sensors.
• Choose Sensor Schedule. If you’d like to set a schedule for your sensors, tap the button to turn this option on.
• You can then choose a temperature sensor (or your thermostat’s built-in sensors) to use for each block of time.
