I stopped my initial installation half way through, the thermostat had connected to the Wi-Fi but the next day when I tried to continue it is stuck with a house icon and will not open a menu. Now it will not connect to the Wi-Fi and shows the error code TD0004(4060) “cannot connect to Wi-Fi “
I have restarted everything, app, iPhone, Wi-Fi, power, all to no avail. Is there a way to factory reset without the menu?

Note: Please make sure if your Nest Thermostat is connected properly to the base and in the same way the wires are properly connected in each port.

Thanks for your reply but the thermostat was unresponsive. I have spoke to nest support and they are sending a replacement unit.
