Set to heat blowing cold air

Like everyone else…can’t seem to get our nest/heat mode to work. It’s blowing cold air. We have change the filter, the pilot is on fire, we have the fan off, and about to go check attic to make sure there isn’t a break in a duct.

Looks like I have same issue a year after this was posted. Don’t see a solution 

please advise I’m freezing and need heat
