Set up for new home user. When getting to screen asking for last four digits of serial no just freezes and won't show keyboard to allow input of numbers

Sorry to hear about this but thanks for reaching out.
Are you using the Google Home or the Nest app? Have you tried force closing the app, restarting the phone then going through the setup process again? If yes but to no avail, you might need to uninstall then reinstall the app.
