Showing offline after last software update

My thermostat started going offline often after the last software update on March 3rd, 2023. No changes on my network devices, I haven't changed the router location or the thermostat location. I noticed some people reporting similar problem. Any idea on what can be done to fix this issue?

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can check out this link to know what type of thermostat you have. Do you have a C or common wire on your thermostat? Were there any instances that your thermostat shows a low battery?
