Shutting down Older gen nest is a mistake!

Seriously, this is complete bull**bleep**. Sunsetting gen 1&2 models is going to lose you hundreds of thousands of customers.  I was always so pro-Google over Apple and other big tech companies, but this move makes me lose all trust and faith.  Oh I get a small discount to buy a newer version that will be sunset in a few years again?… no thanks. Why would anyone buy a newer version if you guys have shown that you will force people to upgrade ? Never again will I buy another one of your products.

I will purposely buy another brand because of this, total bs. Why would we put more money into your products when you are forcing us to purchase a newer version. Nope! I hope u lose thousands of customers from this. Very unhappy customer.
