Since migrated my nest account to google

Since migrated my nest account to google my thermostats keep desconecting from Wifi but not my cameras, this issue only affects thermostats.

Before the migration all thermostats were working fine, every time I want to acees my thermostat with my phone it wont respond and minutes latter it will just switch to offline, and physically thermostat is connected to wifi and working normally

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

We'll further investigate what's happening as it is unusual for a device to behave like that after migrating your account. Could you tell us if you're getting any error message from the Google Home app once the disconnect happens? Could you restart your thermostat and your Wi-Fi router? Do you have any electronic devices near your thermostat?
