Our system is set up for 20 degrees Celsius during the day and 14 degrees during the night. Effectively that means it is not heating during the night, which is what we want. It has worked well since installed earlier this year.
Now it is coming back on during the night but it is not because the temperature is below 14. We have been away with the temperature set to 14 day and night and it has not come one.
What is happening is that when the system should drop to 14 at night, it is staying on at 20 and coming on part way through the night. I can't say when but around 3/4am. My phone shows the temperature is set to 20 rather than the heating being on to achieve 14.
If I turn it down to 14 on the phone, the colour changes from orange to grey to show that temperature has been achieved.
What do I need to do please to make the system turn off all night until the 20 degrees is required early morning?

I looked through settings and found that with Auto-Schedule and True Radiant turned off, the problem seems to have gone away. Quite why they suddenly caused this change so that the heading turned on 3/4 hours before it was needed remains unclear. A while beforehand I could understand but not in the middle of the night.
Hope this help someone.
