Hi - I have two Nest Thermostats installed, each with a Nest Power Adapter connected to a zone valve. The system controls the heat and works fine except for this one issue. My problem is that one thermostat, sporadically, receives the N260 error once a week or so. When it does happen, the thermostat shows the system error N260; yet, it continues to function properly. The other thermostat does not have this issue. I've checked the connections twice. Any ideas?

Have you done a power test from the equipment under the thermostat settings?

Uses. The power test runs fine, the wiring info displays correct and it sees that it’s connected to a power adapter.

Hello folks,
I'm dropping by to see how I could help.
Thanks for suggesting a step, @eveluna.
@DouglasL, thanks for letting us know about your thermostat's current status. Could you also check its power information under its equipment settings? This is to see how much power your thermostat receives.
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark

Hello DouglasL,
Perfect! I can tell that your thermostat is now reading your Nest Power Connector accurately. In the meantime, please keep observing its behavior, and if anything comes up, don't hesitate to give us a shout by creating a new post, as this thread will be locked within 24 hours.
Best regards,
Mark
