On a daily (or every other day) basis, I will go into my Google Home app to adjust the temp on my Nest Thermostat and it will say “Offline”. The only way I have found to rectify this is to physically go to the thermostat and restart it. Which means I have to be home. (I have not found a way to do it from the app, which is very frustrating.) BTW, the WiFi is always showing as connected on the thermostat whenever this happens!!
Is anybody aware of any known-issues surrounding this?

I called the Google Help Line. They were VERY nice. They helped me to do a factory reset. Will see if this helps. Fingers crossed.

I also have the same issue. I have reset, uninstalled and reinstalled, factory reset, removed and re-added to the google home app, changed batteries, reset router, and it STILL does it. It i reset it will show online for a bit but then goes off again
