Stored messages

My thermostat displayed a message from our utility that it would go into the RUSH HOUR mode from 3PM to 7PM. Previously these messages were stored in "Thermostat messages". This time the message was not stored. I was using these stored messages as a record of RUSH HOUR events. Does anyone know the reason for the change?
